As the development group responsible for building Spring Creek, we have always held the benefit that to build a true community for residents to call home that you need to build a close knit association with the existing communities and neighbourhoods that you are developing alongside.
Spring Creek Land Corporation has had the pleasure of a longstanding association with the Beaudesert town. Part of the desire to rekindle this history was to relaunch Spring Creek Pastoral. This establishment relocated cattle onto the back pastures of the Group’s landholdings at Beaudesert.
In April we participated, for the first time, in the Annual Beaudesert Euro Show & Sale. We are thrilled to announce that our cows secured 2nd place in the highly competitive category of “Pen of steers suitable for future export.” We breed and run Charolais cattle at Spring Creek Pastoral.
At the underlying principles of our design guidelines for development of Spring Creek we are passionate about creating a community that promotes a healthy and well-balanced environment for all residents. To that commitment we opened to the public, the new Gunsynd Park within Stage 4, atop the highest part of Spring Creek. A quiet place of reflection and enjoyment amongst preserved century old trees.
This month we have launched, along with the support of world group parkrun, the Jeune parkrun. This is a free, community event where you can walk, jog or run 5km within the Spring Creek community, open to the public to join and enjoy.
We warmly invite anyone to drop into the sales centre. Come say G’day and learn more about the future we have planned at Spring Creek.
